This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with courtyard views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Silver Mill offers shared amenities including a sauna and three hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that offers views of the courtyard and shared hot tubs.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Excellent location!

Great condo!

This unit was very conveniently located - in the village close to gondola. The kitchen was relatively well equipped. The unit and the building were well cared for and clean. The king size bed filled most of the bedroom and my wife who is 5'2" did not find it easy to get into it - we would have preferred a smaller bed and thus more room to put our stuff.

Quaint Spot

Nice spot for a group of 2. Stocked with everything you would need, very comfortable king bed in the room, nice size bathroom. Not ski in ski out but 2-3 minute walk to gondola. Would stay again.

Nice place

Nice place. Clean, well maintained, fully stocked. 2nd floor, windows looking over the hot tabs. Next to the staircase, so it’s very quick to get it out with the skis. The only issue is that the chandelier in the living room is too low. Watch your head :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, friendly environment, ever so helpful staff when my son locked us out, and not to mention, comforts of home and cleanliness.We plan to return! Side note....need to address condition of sofa and there was no available bedding for that pull out in the chest ottoman.
