Your safety is our primary concern. Our property is totally gated and is in one of the nicest residential areas in New Orleans. We comply with all of the requirements and restrictions set by the Short Term Rental Administration of the City. Owner license number 20-RSTR-00355. Operator license number 23-0STR-01882. We have no contact check in and keyless entry. We also set aside a full day between guest to allow for deep cleaning.

The cottage is located behind our Vieux Carre style home. Upon your arrival you can relax and plan your New Orleans visit in your cozy cottage and private patio. Enjoy a welcome wine basket with local delicacies.

The Cottage is located in one of the nicest residential sections of New Orleans. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and noise. We are very convenient to our 1300 acre City Park and the New Orleans Museum of Arts, the Besthoff Sculpture Garden and the New New Orleans Municipal Bayou Oaks Course with two 18 hole golf courses. You are centrally located to the best of the City within walking distance to Lake Pontchartrain and an inexpensive Uber ride or public transportation to the French Quarter..

Coffee shops, wine bars, Seafood, Mexican, Asian and Creole restaurants are very close; or, relax and barbecue on your private deck.There are a total of 32 restaurants, two local supermarkets and four banks within a mile radius of our home.

But, don't rush - we have provided basic breakfast items (fruit juice, coffee, milk, cereal, yogurt, bread and butter) for your first morning leisure enjoyment.

The inside of the Guest Cottage was recently remodeled with hardwood floors in living/dining, new stainless appliances including ice maker refrigerator and granite countertops in kitchen. Separate bedroom with queen size bed and large bath with built-in make up table.

My husband and I went to NO to visit with my granddaughter and a very needed vacation. After walking around the French Quarters we wanted to rest. Going back to the Cottage was so peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. So tranquil and the water fountains in the courtyard were simply beautiful. Having our wine on the patio was great!! Thank you

Wonderful property and Helpful Host

We enjoyed our stay here- it had everything we needed and more. A kitchen with added supplies for breakfast, water, drinks, no need to stop by grocery on the way in. If you want a taste of New Orleans these host share the vibe in the decor and local products to enjoy. A private patio made relaxing with a glass of wine easy and enjoyable.
