Welcome to "On Beach Time!" This hidden oasis sleeps 12 (in beds) with 5 bedrooms + 3 full baths — all on one level. Featuring two separate patio spaces!

The prime location makes it unbeatable for its price point. Park the car in the driveway and walk to everything. Only 3+1/2 blocks to the beach/boardwalk, 1+1/2 blocks to Silver Lake & playground, 3+1/2 blocks to Rehoboth Avenue's restaurants, bars, shops.

If you prefer to stay in, the house is perfect for entertaining with its open, easy floor plan that flows out to the patio area, protected by a privacy fence. Cook in the large kitchen or grill out on the patio.

LINENS: Bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads + pillows are provided. Beds are: three (3) queens, two (2) fulls, and two (2) twins. We want our guests to have flexibility and not be forced into a linen package that may not be wanted. There are two options: 1) bring your own sheets/pillowcases; 2) rent from a linen service that drops off + picks up. Some rental options include: Sheets at the Beach, Delaware Linen Rentals, Gale Force Rentals, Coastal Beach Services (offers bed making), and Shore Easy Rentals (offers bed making).

TOWELS: Bath towels (enough for each guest) are in the linen closet. If you use them, you must WASH and DRY them before you leave. Washcloths always seem to disappear, so if you want washcloths, definitely pack your own.

A 5 star experience. Great house, location, and amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Karen is extremely accommodative and accessible to answer any questions.Don’t forget to bring toiletries, paper towels and napkins. We used “sheets on the beach” to rent linens. Otherwise house was fully furnished. Bring your own beach towels but there were plenty of bath towels that you need to wash before you leave. All in all a comfortable and attractive property.

Great location for families to spend time at the beach. The house is perfect If you are looking for a house that is spacious with ample room to be together or find your own space. Karen provided detailed information about the house and the check-in process. The owners attention to details was appreciated. I have a dog and the fenced in yard was ideal. The house is very clean. Terrific South Rehoboth Retreat

This is a lovely, spacious ranch located in a quiet and well-maintained neighborhood in South Rehoboth. The house was clean and well-appointed. It has a large front patio that is very private for entertaining or just hanging outside any time of day. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to work with. All around, great rental.

We have owned our beloved beach house for 20+ years and have been Rehoboth Beach goers all our lives. Our goal has been to equip it and care for it as if we lived in it full-time. Keeping it maintained and comfortably furnished is important. We want our guests to feel at home.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property after many years of renting others in Rehoboth. Having stayed in many parts of Rehoboth, we particularly liked South Rehoboth. It has trees, but is not overly shady. It doesn't get any more convenient in terms of walking to all the amenities. It is ideal for a nice relaxed beach visit.

What makes this property unique

Our house has some unique benefits that make it desirable over others. First, we are pretty much the only property that has been allowed to have a six foot privacy fence facing the frontage. Dinners and drinks on the patio do not endure the scrutiny of those strolling the neighborhood. Second - I believe we are also pretty much the only house that is all one level and does not require any steps to enter the property. Although not a main concern when we purchased the house, it has been a blessing as we and our family members have aged.
