This was the best place to stay! The host, Leola, gave great food and beach recommendations and was very responsive to all of our questions. She even came to the house late at night to help us start the outside grill when we could not figure it out. I would highly recommend this house if you want to stay on the water with easy access for kayaking and a great view.

The cottage is in a nice spot. Unfortunately the hot water heater stopped working for two days-the concierge was effective and lovely with all concerns.

Amazing stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The view was amazing and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the use of the kayaks and the refreshing pool. Would definitely come back!

House, location, pool, water toys…everything about this place is great for a family of 4, but what really stands out about this place is Leola, the host. We’ve had hosts before that were good, they did the job, but Leola was so far behind good that great doesn’t even cover it. Any problem popped up, she had it taken care of immediately. There weren’t many, but the biggest one was a crack in both the SUP boards. I let her know and she had new ones there the next day! She guided us through an itinerary of dining and experiences that ChatGPT couldn’t rival. Other posts mentioned the turtles in the canal, kayaking to get coffee, the SUP boards, and all those things exceeded expectations. If you enjoy being active outdoors, being in the canal is where you want to be. The beaches and grace bay are a short distance away and easy to park and get to, so from a day to day standpoint the canal has more to offer to keep you busy and having fun and this house is the perfect size for a family of 4.

This villa was perfect. Very clean and the outdoor private pool, pergola, gas grill, was amazing !!

Our experience was fantastic and very relaxing. We enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful canal from the private dock swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hammock on the pool deck. I Land Time Villa is EVERYTHING and more. We also enjoyed kayaking to the market for coffee in the morning. We would love to revisit this lovely villa very soon :))))

60th celebration

My friends and i had a great time staying at this property. It provided us with all we needed to have a wonderful time. We kayaked out to the open water and saw plenty of sea turtles and stopped at private beaches. We loved having the bikes to check out the area and run for coffee. Highly recommend this home.

We loved this property. It had everything we needed. Any issues that came up was handled immediately. We loved having access to the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. We used them every day and the canals had a little activity with boats so no concern when kids went out. We saw lots of sea turtles as well. Great place and highly recommend it.

Very nice and comfortable Villa!

The property is awesome! Loved using the pool and outdoor shower. Nice pergola over part of the pool to stay in the shade. Nice canal front. Fun kayaking the canals and around to the other side! Shenequa, the property manager was very responsive and helpful with tips about the island and things to do. Would highly recommend.

Perfect in paradise

I Land Time is the perfect get away for a couple or a family of four. The location is close to everything, but also away from it all. It’s just a quick 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay! We loved having access to the kayaks to paddle the canal and even go exploring on the ocean. The pool was great too and even provided a bit of shade. Communication with the host was super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Amazing Villa!

This was our first time in Turks and it was amazing! This Villa was perfect for our family of 4. The property is beautifully designed with all the flowers. The pool was awesome after a long day on the beach. The canal was one of our favorite parts. We saw sea turtles every day! The location was perfect for us. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. The beaches…OMG. Words just can’t describe the water. Just amazing. We can’t wait to return and would definitely book this villa again.

I Land Time Villa was a perfect choice to spend a week in Providenciales !! Management, very clean, lovey outdoor living area, on the canal, kayaks, bikes, full kitchen, great location are a few words to describe this wonderful villa. We also enjoyed the beautiful Christmas Palm trees with the red Bougainvillea flowers throughout the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future !! Thank you I Land Time :)))
