You’ll reach it via a separate entrance and an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor. The large swimming pond, the natural playground, and the free-roaming chickens, sheep, and cattle will make your stay truly special.
The apartment blends old and new in a harmonious mix. You’ll find a spacious kitchen, an inviting dining and living area, and two lovingly designed bedrooms. Every detail has been carefully selected and reflects a passion for interior design and aesthetics.
The large terrace at the old house offers a barbecue area, a fire pit, your own garden with a hammock, as well as tables and chairs. Lavender bushes frame the terrace and exude a Mediterranean flair. Here you can relax under the open sky and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Landshut is just a 20-minute drive away for shopping and city life. Bayernpark in Reisbach is a highlight for families. Munich and Regensburg are an hour away. The Erding Thermal Baths are a 40-minute drive away. There are swimming lakes in the area, and Lake Chiemsee and the mountains are 1.5 hours away.

We had a wonderful stay and were completely satisf...
We had a wonderful stay and were completely satisfied. The vacation rental was very well-maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the quiet and idyllic location—perfect for relaxing.
There was plenty for the kids to do as well; interacting with the animals was a real highlight. This made the stay especially enjoyable for the whole family.
