The spacious upper floor houses the sleeping and living area, which impresses with its cantilevered design. The large gable windows offer breathtaking views of the mountain meadows. The ground floor features a kitchen, bathroom, and a cozy dining area. The 1,000 sqm natural plot offers various seating areas around the house.





From your location in Buntenbock, you can head straight into nature – whether for hiking in summer or cross-country skiing in winter. The Hasenbacher Teich pond is ideal for swimming and fishing, while the mountain town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, just 3 km away, offers restaurants and shopping facilities.
