La Villetta (120 m²) welcomes you with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with a dining area. La Grande (170 m²) is spread over two floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and large common areas. La Loggia (100 m²) has a bright living area and a bedroom upstairs with a second bathroom.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a private garden where you can relax while admiring the surrounding vineyards or swimming in the private pool with its breathtaking view.
The entire property is exclusively yours, with free parking included. The access road is unpaved but well maintained, though not suitable for low-clearance vehicles.
San Casciano in Val di Pesa is only 3 km away, while Florence can be reached in 40 minutes, Siena in 50 minutes, and Pisa in an hour. The Coop supermarket is 15 minutes away. A car is essential for exploring this wonderful area of Florentine Chianti.
