From this newly renovated summer house, you can enjoy a breathtaking 160-degree panoramic view of Aarhus Bay. Here you can watch the changing light over the water, the Aarhus skyline, and the rich wildlife that visits the property, while the Mols Line sails by on the horizon.



The modern and functional house offers an impressive 12-meter-long living area with a kitchen, family room, and living room all in one. The house's layout has been carefully planned so that you can enjoy the magnificent view from all angles, whether you are cooking, eating, or relaxing in the living room.



The large terraces offer ample opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with sunbathing spots all day long. The large lawn provides plenty of space for ball games and play, and in season you can pick fresh blackberries directly from the garden.



In the area, you will find a lovely beach and a cozy marina within a few hundred meters. Take a trip to Mols Bjerge, visit the many local farm shops, or take the kids to Ree Park. In the evening, you can enjoy the view of Aarhus' waterfront, which lights up in the dark.
