The location is quiet and well-established, with flat terrain around the cabin – perfect for those who want peace and quiet, good sun conditions and direct access to hiking trails and ski trails all year round.



Inside, you will find a warm cabin atmosphere with paneling, high ceilings, and plenty of light. The living room is a natural gathering place with space for both a sofa corner and a dining area, and the wood-burning stove creates the right atmosphere on cold days. The kitchen is partially open to the living room and has modern furnishings from 2018 in a light gray tone. The functional floor plan with three bedrooms makes it easy to feel at home.



The outdoor area offers several zones with terraces and patios, so you can find shade and sun throughout the day. The property has its own wood-fired sauna – perfect after a long trip – and outbuildings. The charming cabin yard gives you extra space to enjoy the peace and quiet and create good memories.



You can start your trip right from the door, whether it's skiing in winter or hiking in summer. The Sjusjøen area offers beautiful circular trails and hiking trails with open marshes and pine forests. Nevra is a popular destination with beautiful views, and Sjusjøen center is nearby with groceries and cafes. A day trip to Lillehammer offers variety with shopping and city life.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. And the...

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. And the cabin is okay. We think it’s a bit overhyped. The first photo shows a cabin standing all by itself. There are cabins like that in the area, but this isn’t one of them. There’s a 1970s-style water system in the kitchen that’s worth mentioning. We can see that a modern faucet has been purchased but not installed. AND being without water and a toilet for an entire day should warrant some compensation. We woke up to a full septic tank, and it wasn’t emptied until eight hours later. We had booked the cabin in the mountains specifically to enjoy that, and had no other option but to go into town and spend the whole day there. The wrong code for the key box upon arrival, no corkscrew, no microwave, and apologies from the host. We thought Landfolk was exceptional, but this doesn’t live up to our expectations.
