On a natural plot of 5000 square meters you will find this modern archipelago villa with attached guest cottages. From the large veranda you have a clear view of the sea where you can follow the boats' journey through the archipelago.



The bright main house from 2015 welcomes you with an open floor plan where kitchen, dining area and living room merge. A wood-burning stove and a charming old-fashioned cupboard create a genuine atmosphere. The bedrooms, one of which has a sea view through glass doors, offer space for the whole party. The newly renovated guest cottage adds additional sleeping space with large panoramic windows facing the water.



The plot offers several lovely patios, a sandbox for the little ones and a private path leading down to the dock. On the waterfront, an exclusive surprise awaits - a sauna with a relaxation area in the small guest house, where you can unwind with a view of the archipelago.



From nearby Djurö you have access to restaurants, a well-stocked ICA store and local gems such as Motorverkstan in Kyrkviken. Take an excursion to Stavsnäs old archipelago village or enjoy ice cream at Glassvillan on Vindö. The area also offers boat trips to Möja and Sandhamn for those who want to discover more of the archipelago.
