This well-equipped cottage offers three unique terraces that follow the sun from morning to evening. A covered terrace with a hot tub and lounge furniture allows you to relax whatever the weather, while the other terraces invite you to dine and socialize outdoors.



The modern and well-appointed house has a spacious kitchen-dining room with all the necessary equipment, an inviting living room with a wood-burning stove and three double bedrooms. The new bathroom has underfloor heating and is equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.



The large terraces create a natural connection between indoors and outdoors, where you can grill on either a gas or charcoal grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the large parking lot has space for three cars.



From the house, it's only 700 meters to Marielyst's shops and 800 meters to the famous sandy beach. Visit the famous butcher Schou for local delicacies, explore the Bøtø forest by bike, or take a short drive to Nykøbing Falster for shopping and café visits.
