Upstairs, on the first floor you will find the main family bathroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious double bedroom whilst the second floor accommodates the master double bedroom complete with ensuite. Wi-fi is available, the property offers all modern conveniences. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances electric oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and washing machine. The living room area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The spacious dining area is off the living room with seating for 6. Upstairs on the first floor Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bed side lockers and ample storage for your belongings. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with two single beds again with bed side lockers and ample storage. Also on the first floor is the main family bathroom with WC, sink and bath with shower overhead. The second floor accommodates the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with WC, sink and electric shower. The property is electrically heated throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. Sorry no pets! Travel cot and highchair not provided. The accommodation is not suitable for persons with mobility issues due to access and design of the property, including external and internal steps. Smoking is not allowed. Public free car park to the rear of the apartment building. Short breaks are available all year round. A security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
