Upstairs bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space and sitting area with separate kitchen and dining area, with woodburning stove. Kitchen includes double oven with microwave, induction hob, under counter fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, sparkling water unit. Utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, dehumidifier plus freezer and basin. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, bread, eggs, sugar milk and biscuits. Lounge with wall mounted Smart TV, and an Apple Home Pod Mini and Bose Micro SoundLink. Central heating, underfloor downstairs and radiators upstairs – included in rent. Wifi, Fuel, power, stater pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels included in rent. Off-road parking accessed by a shared narrow drive.
