The Residence, where the apartment is located, is composed of 8 units and is accessed via a driveway gate that leads to the private garage. From the garage, you reach the apartment situated on the 1st floor.

The apartment welcomes guests in a spacious and bright living room with open-plan kitchen, furnished with modern and functional taste. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and all necessary comforts.

The living area is enhanced by a large sofa, flat-screen TV and a pleasant dining area with modern table, perfect for convivial moments.

Within the residence, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, shared with only a few other units, ideal for cooling off on summer days and relaxing surrounded by greenery.

Sun loungers can be taken to the pool but must then be returned to the apartment.



A short distance away you will also find the famous Gardaland Resort, while art cities such as Verona (30 km) and Venice (145 km) are easily reachable for unforgettable excursions.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie neu, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Luxuriöses Apartment mit Pool. Einzig die Lage ist nicht besonders gut. Man benötigt ein Auto um überall hinzu kommen. Nichts
