Full of character and oozing history, this old merchants house is the perfect place for exploring the local area. And just a short walk to the train station and you can be in Exeter in 15 minutes - you will be spoilt for choice!

As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported.
