Gorgeous character filled house, short walk to the lake. Loved the pool house/bbq area in the evening sunshine. Kitchen has everything you need and the house is very well located in a beautiful picturesque area. We had a really lovely two week stay. Christopher and Raphaelle really pleasant and helpful hosts.

Bonne situation à proximité d’Annecy

Si la maison est dotée d’un charme certain et d’une situation géographique idéale, elle nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement et un grand nettoyage ( dessous de lits, dessous de meubles à nettoyer,étagères à dépoussiérer, interrupteurs, portes de wc …) Au regard du coût de cette location, il aurait été normal de trouver davantage de de confort comme un sommier dans la troisième chambre pour éviter que le matelas ne soit à même le sol, des lits correctement dressés un jardin un peu plus propre. Le rapport qualité prix nous a laissé perplexe.

Mooie woningen met veel facaliteiten op een rustige locatie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, en hadden een mooi verblijf voordeel was dat eea op loopafstand van het meer is gesitueerd, en je toch in een rustige omgeving vakantie kan vieren Huis was voorzien van alle gemakken, en had een echte vakantie uitstraling. de kinderen vonden het zwembad geweldig, en ook konden wij als ouders onze sportieve uitdaging vinden in wandelen en fietsen.

Maison charmante, immense terrain et piscine formidable. Le lac à 120 mètres ! Le village de Talloires avec ses commerces pratiques. De très bonnes vacances, nous y reviendrons comme base de ballades dans les alentours. A bientôt BM
