Unit 52- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf Front condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king-size beds with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout and has a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with HD service for your enjoyment as well as a Queen size sofa bed. It is beautifully furnished with an incorporated balcony with windows which allows you to enjoy the amazing coastal breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.

As always a great visit to Palm Bay Condos in the Tower😃

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 14,nights once again. We do love the place. The GM is wonderful and visable. Security guys Bob and Jonesy are super and friendly. The front desk people are very helpful. The location and view from fifth floor are great ! We always stay 14 days. Visit many times a year.

A great place to stay !!

Relaxing Stay!

Great property with fantastic view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Elevator to the first floor and you are on the beach. Staff was very accommodating! We had a wonderful time!
