Unit 102- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | Our Gulf front condo 1 bedroom 1 bathroom was fully renovated in 2020 and is located on the 10th floor of the Grand Tower Building. Enjoy your breakfast or sunset dinner sitting in the open balcony with full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. Direct views can be seen from every room. To comply with Sarasota County Fire Code, it sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The Master Bedroom has wood flooring, is furnished with a king size bed, a single sofa-bed and a 47" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The tiled Living room has a full-size sofa-sleeper, a 50" Flat HD smart TV and wi-fi internet. It is beautifully furnished with the most amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will love your stay in our unit.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was a 10! Out the elevator and on the beach! Sunsets amazing! The condo is clean but in need of a refresh... bathroom average at best, king mattress uncomfortable. One of the best beaches!

Beautiful! Balcony is 10/10!

We loved staying here! It was convenient to dining and shopping, beautiful view off the open balcony. Many of the units in the building have window covered balconies so we were excited to find a suite that had the open balcony. Check-in was easy, the area felt very safe and secure, friendly staff and guests were quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed, and we really appreciated the large closet and drying rack. Our only small gripe was the toilet. It definitely needs fixed or replaced, it took about 15-20 minutes after a flush for it to re-fill the tank which was frustrating. But other than that, we had everything we needed and will definitely seek out this place if we're ever in the area again, thank you!

Wonderful beach and good place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean but small. One of the hall cabinets is filled with a bunch of glassware that I doubt anyone ever uses. A crock pot would be very helpful and definitely used. Also, tons of kids gather every night and make a lot of noise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location itself is perfect. We love siesta key beach for its white sand and turquoise blue water. The unit faces the water which is lovely. However, it really could use some upgrades and general maintenance. Mold in the shower caulking, bugs in the light fixtures, rust stains, etc. with a little TLC it could be spectacular! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful view on Siesta Key

We spent 3 nights in this condo with beautiful views from the 10th floor.Very clean and roomy with an open air balcony. We found the condo a bit dated but nice. Great having beach towels provided and access to free lounge chairs on the beach. Would have been nice if simple amenities such as coffee and paper towels were offered. The location on the beach made it possible to open the sliding doors and hear the sound of the waves. Great for sleeping!
