Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV wit HD service. The bathroom has a bath tub. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 48" TV in the living room with HD TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.

Beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo could use some work, but the view and open air balcony are amazing. Furniture is relatively comfortable. Unfortunately, the spring break crowd was extremely loud on the beach all week which made it more of a downside of being beach front.

Amazing vacay!!

Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing for our Spring Break trip...beautiful views, close to the beach, and just a trolley ride away from downtown shopping and dining. The open balcony was definitely the best part, and we watched the sunset almost every night. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The mirrors made it easy for many people to get ready at the same time. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

Paradise- the BEST view in Palm Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an amazing vacation here! The view is spectacular! Super comfortable unit with everything we needed. We appreciate the staff at Palm Bay so much- they are all friendly and helpful. Smiles everywhere you go.😁 It is why we come back every year! One suggestion we have for this unit is it desperately needs new pillows on both beds. The current ones are flat and hard. Overall, though just a spectacular unit. 10 stars on the comfortable outdoor chairs with ottomans - every place should have comfie outdoor lounging furniture- makes all the difference! Thank you for another wonderful vacation in Paradise! Can’t wait until 2025!

Could not figure out how to get bedroom TV to receive broadcast channels. It wasn't that important to us, so did not bother to inquire.2. Legs of bed stick out, so you often bang your feet on them.3. There was a lot of rain in the area a few days prior to our arrival. It left some sitting water near on the beach around the building
