Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 55" TV in the living room with Direct TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.

View is a 5 ! The condo was spacious for a 1 bed 1 bath. Good amenities and clean. Rating is a 4.5 and highly recommended. The cabinets are a bit tired, other than this, it’s a great place to stay. Pools and beach are great and location on island is convenient.

The condo was as described, the view from the bedroom,living room and the balcony was just breathtaking..The beach was spectacular kept clean and irrigated everyday. Very nice condo

The resort was very nice, as was this unit. The view directly overlooks the wide Siesta Key beach and the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful views of Siesta Key Beach

The property was perfect for my husband and I, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen and living area were sufficient for the two of us. The view of Siesta Key Beach was amazing. The property was very nice with great amenities and the personnel were so helpful. Someone was there to take the provided beach loungers to the beach for us and having umbrellas available to rent made this the perfect place for us.

Girls Trip

This place was so nice! The check-in process was super easy, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony view was amazing. It was very close to Publix and Siesta Village. We would definitely stay again.
