Unit 62- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf front condo is located on the 6th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The full view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit, which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and a 43" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a bath tub. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout and also has a 55" TV in the living room with Direct TV service as well. It is beautifully furnished with an open balcony and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico which will make your stay a memorable one.

Beautiful views of Siesta Key Beach

The property was perfect for my husband and I, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen and living area were sufficient for the two of us. The view of Siesta Key Beach was amazing. The property was very nice with great amenities and the personnel were so helpful. Someone was there to take the provided beach loungers to the beach for us and having umbrellas available to rent made this the perfect place for us.

Nice one bedroom unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is gulf front in the tower, and has a great view of the beach, gulf and sunsets. One spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a nice outdoor patio, but we found the living room a bit tight. It’s perfect for a couple, or a family with one, maybe two smaller children. Would feel crowded with more than three adults. Kitchen is small, with basic cooking provisions. It’s fine for fixing quick & simple meals.

Inside the unit could use some updating. it would have been nice if there were cleaning supplies so we could wash the floor. the staff on the property were very nice and helpful from the front desk; security; beach attendants. everyone made us feel welcomed. We will come back and hopefully find another unit with the same view but with updates.

2nd time at Palm Bat Great stay, very clean

Moms: the blackout curtains are amazing!! Helped a lot for naps with my reluctant nappers. I will say the beds are pretty high up for whatever age is traveling. Our first stay we had a corner unit so this one felt a bit smaller, but with our family size it was really all you need! GREAT outdoor space! Being on the beach it was quite loud the one night with some teens gathering, I felt that the property was responsive in dealing with it and it didn’t seem to happen the following evening. We have loved coming here the last 2 summers!!

This place was so nice! The check-in process was super easy, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony view was amazing. It was very close to Publix and Siesta Village. We would definitely stay again.

The view was incredible and our room was clean. the only issue we had was that the phone didn't work and when we called the front desk stated that sometimes the phones don't work and that it is not a requirement for them to work properly. Also the internet and network didn't work the entirety of our 6 day stay, so we couldn't watch tv.

The open balcony was definitely the best part, and we watched the sunset almost every night. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The mirrors made it easy for many people to get ready at the same time. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

We appreciate the staff at Palm Bay so much- they are all friendly and helpful. Smiles everywhere you go.😁 It is why we come back every year! One suggestion we have for this unit is it desperately needs new pillows on both beds. The current ones are flat and hard. Overall, though just a spectacular unit. 10 stars on the comfortable outdoor chairs with ottomans - every place should have comfie outdoor lounging furniture- makes all the difference! There was a lot of rain in the area a few days prior to our arrival. It left some sitting water near on the beach around the building

Love Palm Bay Club

This particular unit, Tower #62, is a perfect location, open balcony, which is a must for me and Gulf front, just steps from the sand right outside the door. This unit was very clean. Beds were ok, but really should be replaced, both had massive dips. There are two tvs in the bedroom, and not sure why, as the large one was blocking the mirror, which would have been very useful. The tv didn’t even work! The bathroom was an issue, the shower and sink both would not drain! I probably should have called front office to let them know, but didn’t want to have to be there when they came to fix it and didn’t want to not be there either, so we just had to deal with it. The living room furniture appeared to be newer, and was comfy. All in all, the unit was great, I would stay again!

The condo was perfect for us - comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, spacious closet, but the open gulf-front balcony was our favorite spot. The view was incredible - we saw dolphins as well as a manatee! The white sand beach was gorgeous and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered - front office, general manager, security, maintenance, housekeeping - every single person was warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We can't wait to go back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On-site security and beach staff were very helpful and friendly. Unit was good, not great. Shower and sinks were very low pressure and slow to drain. Cracked tile, caulk, etc. Beds were very comfy and furniture was nice. The beach of course is beautiful, so the balcony is a major plus, but when we were there, there was such a terrible sewage smell, we couldn't even stand to be by the water. Would recommend bringing your own paper products, toiletries and pillows. Location to town, shopping, dining, is not great, and doesn't seem to be on a trolley stop, so would recommend a car if staying here.
