Unit 321- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Condominium -Beach and Bay resort

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property with a private access to the beach. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. The unit also has a access to a *private beach * within minutes of the property alongside proximity to the intercontinental waterway.
To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed with a 24" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has carpet in both bedrooms and is tiled throughout the common areas. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Great place, with a quick walk to the beach. Siesta Key is a great family place. It’s low key and easy. The place was decked out with most things we needed. The rooms are quiet and the pool just a few steps away.

Overall nice place to stay. Just a few complaints - Shower rod kept falling down, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and master bedroom curtain rod was coming apart. Nice location and the free trolley was nice.

Easy access to pools and beach

This property was just what we needed for a short girls family trip. Loved that chairs were supplied on the beach and that we could drive over and park close to the beach if we didn’t want to walk. Only a 5-7 minute walk and enjoyable. Loved hot tub on the bay. Beds comfortable. Everything clean. Only suggestion would be updating the couch, it had some worn spots on the leather. We would def come back.

Needs a door update

The sliding doors on This unit did not function which negates the benefits of staying on the first floor. Great condo complex just need to fix the door issue.

The property to has access to the bay for sunrise and dolphins and access to the beautiful beach and sunsets. We had a large group and rented a total of 4 condos and every one was great! Loved how my brother and his family of 5, who were staying right next door, could come over and we could all comfortably eat together at the table and bar. The only upgrade possibly needed is to the couch since it is shedding. We love the bayside location. The bay pool and the grills are so close. Beautiful views and loved watching the boats come by. We will be back!

Rated 4 on General conditions as there is deferred maintenance, especially gfalling roof tiles and need to repaint.All comments then related to unit 321. It is a very nice unit that has seveal needs or improvement.1. Nice new refridgerator but due to placement freezer door only opens one quarter of the way which makes access very difficult.2. Door sliders, especially in living room probably should be replaced. Screens on both these and front door have serious tears.3. TV IN MASTER BEDROOM SHOULD BE AT LEAST 46 INCHED\S. DUE TO DISTACE FROM BED, THE COMPUTER MONITOR SIZE SCREEN IN UNWATCHABLE. A 46 INCH TV CAN BE BOUGHT FOR LESS THAN $300. THIS IS A SERIOUS DRAWBACK FOR WHAT ONE SPENDS FOR RENTING AT PALM BAY.4. Blinds in living area should be replaced, The right hand one is broken and even when closed slats don't line up appropriately so , in essence, very little privacy occurs.Office staff has been very friendly and helpful as well as facility staff.We do love the property and we like the unit and its location but needs a bit of TLC.

Weekend away

We had some minor issues upon first arriving to the property but they were handled swiftly and completely. Location was great. Loved having access to both bay and ocean side. We went during what must have been spring break for high school/ college so nights were very noisy but hopefully other times of year it would be quieter.

Great stay!

Palm Bay Club has a great location with its own beach and 2 pools. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed. The couch that was mentioned in several other reviews has been replaced.

Palm Bay #321

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay many times. Enjoy the bayside location for fishing off dock, grill area, pool and hot tub. PB property is very well maintained. Condo #321 is large and looks really nice in the pictures. It needs updating. The sectional is literally falling apart. We had to put a fitted sheet over the back of the far left side to keep pieces from falling out. Other furniture is piece meal, poor quality. Carpeting in bedrooms and area rug under table is really dirty. Bathrooms are old. Bedding is nice, beds comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped, nice refrigerator and countertops. Cabinets need some TLC in areas. This was one of four condos we rented for the week and chose it for its size. Would not choose again unless updates were made.

Beautiful Palm Bay Club

We enjoyed our 3 wk stay- the condo is located just steps from the bay and a short walk to the ocean. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the staff friendly and professional. The large fitness room was a nice bonus, especially on rainy days. The unit we stayed in, 321 was clean and well stocked for cooking. However, the great room furniture looks better in the listing picture. The naugahyde couch was cracked and torn in places, causing pieces to flake to the floor. Naugahyde dining chairs cracking also. The large front burner of the stove didn't work. Property manager promptly arranged a repair service but they were unable to fix it. All in all, we would recommend the Palm Bay club.
