About this property

This second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is located on the peaceful, Bayside inter coastal side of our property. This larger model has a total of 1322 sq. feet and sleep 6 guests max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. This condo has carpet in both bedrooms and is tiled throughout the remainder of the unit. The master bedroom is furnished with 1 queen size bed and its bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 fulls beds. There is additional sleeping on the queen size sofa bed in the living room for guests’ use. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well. The kitchen with its beautiful granite counter tops is fully equipped with all appliances and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy warm tropical breezes.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was amazing . The staff was great with the exception of a security guy that scare my kids banging in the door to let us know that we cannot hang the beach towels on the balcony.This was a white American on his 60 blue eyes. He was very rude . Never said hello or excuse himself for being so RUDE. The banging was very loud and scared my kids A place so beautiful like that does not need someone to stain it’s reputation

Great for spring break

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a perfect location, very close to the beach and easy access to the pool on the Bayside. My only complaint is that there is no HD cable service, only standard def, which was annoying as we were there watching the final four and championship game.
