About this property

Alekos Beach Houses-Nereids Villas

In Greek
mythology, the Nereids were sea nymphs born of the waters of the Aegean Sea,
daughters of Nereus, guardians of coastlines and protectors of sailors. They
symbolized calm waters, beauty, and harmony, and according to legend, they
appeared only in places where land and sea existed in perfect balance, blessing
them with serenity and protection.
Nereids Complex is inspired by this
ancient myth and created as a private coastal retreat where nature, privacy, and
the sea coexist in harmony. More than a place to stay, it is designed around a
philosophy of slow living and authentic connection to the destination.
Our approach to hospitality follows one
simple idea: Live like a local.

Guests are encouraged to experience the area at a gentle pace walking to
nearby beaches, dining in local tavernas, enjoying nature, and letting the
rhythm of the sea shape each day. Through personalized hospitality, we aim to
offer not just accommodation, but a way of living.
The complex consists of three independent
villas, each named after a Nereid and shaped by her character. Designed with
full respect for privacy, all villas are accessed discreetly from the rear of
the property, while their front sides open fully toward the sea. Infinity
pools, sea-view verandas, barbecue areas, and carefully designed outdoor spaces
create an atmosphere of quiet luxury and effortless relaxation.
Together, the villas can accommodate up to
14 guests, offering three double-bed bedrooms and four bedrooms with twin beds,
making the complex ideal for extended families, groups of friends, or
multi-family holidays seeking both togetherness and privacy.
Aelia is a two-bedroom maisonette inspired
by the Nereid linked to the salt of the sea and the ever-changing movement of
the waves. Arranged over two floors, it offers two bedrooms with private
bathrooms, one double bed and two twin beds, along with a private infinity pool
and sea-view veranda. Bright interiors and open horizons create a sense of
lightness and flow, ideal for couples or small families.
Glafki is the single-level, two-bedroom villa at the
heart of the complex, named after the Nereid associated with the blue-green
clarity of the sea. Symbolizing stillness and balance, it offers one double bed
and two twin beds in a comfortable, easy layout. Its central position and calm
atmosphere make it ideal for guests who value simplicity, tranquility, and a
close connection to nature.

Meliti is the largest villa of the complex, a
three-bedroom maisonette inspired by the Nereid associated with sweetness,
gentleness, and calm seas. Spread over two levels, it features three bedrooms,
each with its own private bathroom, accommodating one double bed and four twin
beds. A private infinity pool, spacious sea-view veranda, and outdoor dining
area with barbecue make Meliti ideal for families or groups seeking comfort,
space, and privacy.
