Looking for long term only 6 months or more. This is a 3 bedroom house, one room is used as an office. Beautiful view of the lake and the club house is directly across the lake. Sit on the Lanui on the rocker to watch the wild life or relax on the paver patio to get some sun. The club house has a beautiful pool, workout room and tennis courts. Master bedroom has queen bed, guest bedroom has a double bed, executive office in 3rd bedroom.
The community is ideally located only 10 min from SW Florida regional and right off Daniels close to restaurants, grocery store and the new Whole Foods.
