The Space:

From sunrise sauna rituals to slow dinners by the fireplace, Villa Aura was designed for those seeking to unwind without giving up comfort or sophistication.



With five elegant bedrooms, all with direct access to the garden, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests in an atmosphere of complete tranquility. The spacious open‑plan social area connects naturally to the private pool deck, where you’ll find an outdoor space crafted to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle: a barbecue, a firepit, and a comfortable lounge area perfect for long evenings under the Portuguese sky. The social area also includes a PlayStation 5 and a premium speaker, fully available for entertainment throughout your stay.



Recently renovated, Villa Aura blends contemporary quiet luxury design with natural materials, premium finishes, and a soft, timeless palette that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. To elevate the experience, it features a private glass sauna by the pool — naturally heated by sunlight — and a fully equipped gym, offering moments of wellness and relaxation throughout your stay.



The villa also offers high‑speed internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a fully equipped laundry room, free private parking, and an electric vehicle charger (EV Charger), available upon payment according to kWh consumption.



For a truly exclusive stay, we provide personalised concierge services upon request, including private airport transfers, private chefs, gastronomic experiences, visits to local markets, surf lessons, Vinho Verde tastings, and many other carefully curated experiences designed to make every moment unforgettable.



From 1 November 2026 the pool can be heated, so Villa Aura works in spring and autumn too. Pool heating is available for €70 per day, exclusively for stays of at least 5 nights. If you would like to use the heated pool, please request the heating at least 4 days before arrival to ensure it is ready for your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire villa and grounds: five private bedrooms, the open living and kitchen, the outdoor pool deck, the private sauna by the pool, the in-house gym in the garage, the tropical garden with fire pit and barbecue, and free private parking. The full property is yours for the stay — no shared spaces, no surprises. Concierge services available on request, never imposed.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Aura sits in Vila Nova de Anha, a serene residential pocket on the southern edge of Viana do Castelo. Five minutes drive from the wild Atlantic beach at Cabedelo — a surf and kitesurf destination. Five minutes from the city's historic center, with its Manuelino architecture and the iconic Praça da República. Ten minutes from the dramatic cliffs of Amorosa.



Within a 30-minute radius you have the Lima River, Monte de Santa Luzia sanctuary, the Vinho Verde wine country, and the Spanish border at Caminha. A rare base in Portugal where ocean, river, mountain and city converge in a single day.



The Friday-morning market is iconic. Family-run restaurants, traditional shops and bakeries are walking distance from the villa. Authentic, unrushed, and unmistakably northern Portugal.



Getting Around:

Free private parking on-site — recommended for full flexibility. By air: Porto Airport (OPO) 45 minutes south, Vigo Airport (VGO, Spain) 1h15 north. By train: Viana do Castelo station 5 minutes by car, direct connections to Porto and Lisbon. Concierge can arrange private airport transfers on request — just ask.
