The separate kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Large windows and balcony doors create a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the apartment.

Bedroom 1: The peaceful master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and direct access to the terrace with sea view, also accessible from the living room.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed for 2 guests.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

POSITION
The apartment is located in Via Borea, an uphill area of Sanremo, just a short drive or 15-minutes walk from the city centre and beaches. There is a Conad supermarket adjacent to the building where the apartment is located.

Known as the “City of Flowers”, Sanremo is famous for its elegant architecture, lively atmosphere and beautiful Mediterranean coastline.

Guests can explore the historic La Pigna district with its charming alleyways, cafés and traditional Ligurian restaurants, or stroll along the elegant promenade lined with palm trees and beaches. The renowned Casino di Sanremo, the Ariston Theatre and the Russian Orthodox Church are all within easy reach.

For cycling and walking enthusiasts, the spectacular Ponente Ligure cycling path offers over 24 km of scenic coastal routes with sea views, beaches and cafés along the way. Local beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all conveniently nearby.
