Welcome to Cassero, a charming one-bedroom apartment on the top floor of Casa Falorni, just above the still-operating historic butcher shop. Once the Falorni family's private home, it has been fully renovated to offer both heritage and comfort.

With two bathrooms, a double bedroom, living area with a sofa bed, dining space, and kitchenette, it’s ideal for couples or small groups. The apartment overlooks Piazza Matteotti and offers beautiful views of Greve’s rooftops and surrounding hills.



The Space:

Cassero is a spacious and functional one-bedroom apartment. It features a bright bedroom, two full bathrooms, a living area with a double sofa bed, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchenette.

The interiors blend Tuscan style with modern conveniences like high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The windows offer wonderful views over the town square and Greve's rooftops.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is fully autonomous via smart lock and a personal code, available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.



On request, you may drop off your luggage before check-in time and return once the apartment is ready.



Other Things to Note:

The building is equipped with a elevator that can accommodate one guest and one suitcase at a time.



The building is equipped with an elevator up to the fourth floor. To reach the top-floor apartment (Il Cassero), just a few steps are required.



We are proud to offer our guests authentic local experiences, thanks to our strong partnership with the historic Falorni Butcher Shop, located right downstairs. You can book guided tastings, behind-the-scenes visits, or even enjoy takeaway meals from the butcher directly on the shared terrace.



Through our collaboration with the Falorni family and local partners, we can help arrange:

– visits to the Wine Museum of Greve in Chianti

– wine tastings at nearby local wineries

– personalized dining recommendations and special deals at selected restaurants

During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.

Our team is available every day from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, to assist you with any questions or needs. You can reach us by phone, email, or chat.



Outside these hours, we handle emergencies via phone only.

Although check-in is fully self-managed, we’re always happy to assist you before or during your stay if needed.
