Wir haben einen sehr schönen, wenn auch kurzen Urlaub verbracht. Sehr genossen haben wir natürlich das Haus und die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Das Gaou Benat verfügt über einen einzigartigen Charme, das Haus liegt in einer höheren Lage und trägt zu dem Charme bei. Bis auf ein paar kleine Änderungen ist das Haus offensichtlich Original, was wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet alles, was zu einem entspannten Urlaub erforderlich ist, alles war sauber, die Bilder auf der Homepage geben die Situation 1:1 wieder und versprechen tatsächlich nicht zu viel. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und freundlich, wir hatten bereits im Vorfeld alle erforderlichen Informationen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Séjour vraiment très agréable et reposant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur la baie du Gaou, et la maison parfaitement équipée, les balades sur le chemin des douaniers. Il y a aussi de belles choses à voir dans la région.

Fantastische Aussicht

Eins der wundervoll in die Landschaft integrierten, mit den regionalen Materialien und im Baustil der klassischen Moderne erbauten Häuser, die den unglaublichen Charme der Siedlung Gaout Benat prägen. Bei dem Haus sind allerdings etliche originale Details (Fenster, Fensterläden, Insektengitter) nicht mehr vorhanden bzw. ausgewechselt worden. Das Haus liegt relativ weit oben am Berg und hat eine atemraubend schöne Aussicht von beiden Terrassen. Man kann allerdings nur zu Fuß zum Strand kommen, wenn man sehr sportlich ist. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet, es funktioniert alles bis auf den Kamin. Dafür gibt es gute Elektroheizkörper. Die Betten könnten neue Matratzen vertragen. Wir hatten Probleme mit Staub (Allergie). Zwar war die Kommunikation mit der Reinigungskraft gut, und sie ist schnell zum Nachbessern gekommen, aber unser Problem blieb. Für Allergiker würden wir das Haus daher nicht empfehlen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans votre Tocat et vous remercions de votre confiance. Le calme et la tranquillité la nuit, les vues lointaines, les levers de soleil, l'appartement très accueillant et meublé de façon personnelle font de ces vacances un moment de détente. Nous avons souvent apprécié la grande promenade d'environ 15 minutes à travers la forêt jusqu'à la mer. La coopération et la communication avec la propriétaire et le personnel de nettoyage étaient également très amicales. Nous aimerions revenir à nouveau ! En général, l'appartement pourrait être plus propre, surtout dans les chambres, la cuisine et la salle de bain. Mais heureusement, il y avait assez de matériel de nettoyage. Séjour Gaou Bénat

Séjour vraiment très agréable, vue somptueuse sur la baie du Gaou, maison de vacances idéale, très fonctionnelle. Tout était parfait depuis la remise des clefs jusqu'à notre départ en passant par les ballades dans le domaine et sur le chemin des douaniers. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, revenir :-) . Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses dans cette maison du Gaou Bénat. Un cadre exceptionnel et tranquille, avec une vue à couper le souffle et dont on ne se lasse pas. La maison est conforme à la description et très bien équipée. Son large séjour ouvert sur la grande terrasse donne un grand espace de vie collective très agréable. L'étage inférieur dévolu aux chambres en fait un espace calme qui donne sur le jardin fleuri. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux avec des conseils et une disponibilité en cas de besoin. Merci! Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Wir haben unseren diesjährigen Herbsturlaub erstmals in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten und die zwei Sonnenterassen sind großzügig und bieten einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer - Selten erlebt, dass die Fotos auch den erfahrenen Eindruck widerspiegelten -. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich, und es sind bereits zahlreiche Modernisierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt worden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Sowohl der telefonische als auch der schriftliche Kontakt ist in deutscher Sprache problemlos. In Summe eine klare Empfehlung.

Vacances formidable

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wunderschoenen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet; die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Landschaft sind einzigartig. Mit dem Auto ist man in drei Minuten am Privatstrand, wo man ungestoert das Meer geniessen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett; der Kontakt, auch in deutscher Sprache, ist problemlos.

Grosses Haus mit schönen Terrassen und Meerblick

Das Haus befindet sich an einer guten Lage, am steilen Hang des Cap Bénat, schöne Architektur. Gute Ausstattung, alles ist vorhanden. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Die nächsten Strände sind zu Fuss in etwa 15 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Besonders empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge mit dem Schiff auf die vorgelagerten Inseln mit traumhaften Stränden.

Une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Tocade, et avons apprécie, la vue bien sur, mais aussi le confort de la maison, l'équipement de la cuisine et la gentillesse des propriétaires . un petit bémol: la deuxieme salle de bain qui meriterait d etre refaite, mais cela n a pas empeché de passer un tres bon sejour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

très agréable séjour de deux semaines

agréable maison très bien équipée, offrant une vue fantastique sur la mer Méditerranée vers l'Est; l'accueil, l'aide et la disponibilité des propriétaires était très appréciable à l'arrivée. Et les plages du Domaine, pas du tout surchargées, faciles à rejoindre en quelques minutes de voiture. Bon repas enfin un soir dans le cadre du restaurant de la plage, vers les tennis.

Phantastischer Meerblick

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem Haus am Cap Benat. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne großzügige Sonnenterasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, die Küche ist modern und hat alles was man benötigt, sogar eine Nespressomaschine ist vorhanden. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind gut für Kinder geeignet, man muss allerdings mit dem Auto 10min fahren da das Haus oben am Hang liegt. Man kann sehr schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung machen, das Haus ist in der privaten Domaine Gaou Benat (http://www.gaoubenat.org) gelegen, man muß eine bewachte Pforte passieren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, email-Korrespondez ist auch in Deutsch möglich, alles ist gut gelaufen und unkompliziert. Ganz klare Empfehlung!
