Accommodation

This spacious and bright apartment has 115 m² and capacity for up to 5 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, distributed over two floors, offering plenty of space and comfort to enjoy a family holiday.



Upon entering the dwelling, we find an entrance hall that leads to the different rooms on the ground floor. On this floor there is an independent kitchen, fully equipped, a practical toilet and a spacious, very bright living-dining room, with a seating area and dining area. From the living room, you have direct access to a pleasant private terrace with an awning, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing during your stay.



On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace that provides pleasant natural light to the room. The second bedroom has two single beds, whilst the third bedroom has a smaller single bed, making it especially suitable for a child. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The accommodation also has a washing machine.



The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating in all rooms, guaranteeing maximum comfort throughout the year. Access to the property is via stairs, as the building does not have a lift.
