It is just a few steps (1-2 minutes on foot) to the idyllic white lighthouse of Capo de la Nao with its impressive terrace over the sea or the top restaurant Mirador with 180* sea views.

The apartment is integrated into the main house, but has its own access via the garden. The garden exits of the main apartment (double bed in the bedroom) and the apartment (double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room) are right next to each other. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and its own small living room (with television) which leads directly to the garden.
Ideal for maintaining privacy for multiple people. But children also love their “own apartment”. The entrance or exit is as described, right next to the garden entrance or exit of the main apartment

*All consumption (electricity, water, gas, ...) is included in the rental price, apart from any pool heating used. Electricity billing for pool heating is usually done via a separate meter. Thanks to the highly efficient heat pump built in 2024, which is specifically designed as a pool heater, the costs are comparatively very low. Our on-site caretaker will instruct you in the use and handling of the system. You can monitor and control consumption yourself. Costs up to 50 € / week are free; Any additional costs will be billed separately and paid on site.

The additional energy costs (especially heating costs) are €490 / month (heating costs are only shown separately for winter rental contracts, otherwise included).
