Superbly furnished ground floor apartment within the Xabiamar complex which is a short 4 minute walk from the Arenal
The property has a spacious lounge/dining room which has electric blinds, 2 large sofas, 1 being a double sofa bed, Large plasma wall mounted TV's in lounge and in all 3 bedrooms, all with UK Channels, The large outside dining area which has views of the Montgo and includes a large table with 8 chairs plus a two seater sofa and 2 chairs with coffee table.
Kitchen has a seperate (outside) utility room complete with washing machine, portable clothes drier, outside sink and hot water cylinder.
The kitchen itself has all the facilities you would expect to find in your home kitchen
This is an immaculate property with everything purchased recently. Hot and cold A/C in all rooms. Underground secure parking. Sun beds are provided for all guests.

Included in your stay is all bath and bed linen

If you are a large party you maybe interested in another property we rent in the complex next to this one, we could accommodate a total of 16 persons, please ask for further details if you require.
The apartment rates are based on a total of 6 persons however it can sleep a maximum of 8 and if you wish to use the sofa bed an additional charge of £90 will be applied per week

The property is well situated for the Arenal beach amenities and also Port is only about a 15 minute walk and in the summer months you can enjoy the beach bars on the way

Lovely apartment and great location

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean with ample amenities and a five minute stroll to Platja de l'Arenal. Unfortunately the beautiful view of Montgo is now obstructed by a new build, but that would not stop me from booking this apartment again.

Close to the Arenal beach

Good location just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the marina. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable with outdoor seating on the ground floor terrace and access to pool. Building works going on opposite the apartment block but this didn’t disrupt our stay. One bit of feedback is that the main bedroom could benefit from light curtains or voile to assist privacy when getting changed.

Marketed incorrectly

Unfortunately the view that was advertised was not correct. It was extremely noisy with builders working from 8am on a new building directly in front of the mountain blocking any views.

No luxury at this abode

If you like a treasure hunt to find your accomadation keys then go for it ! Vrbo ad for this apartment needs to be updated , the photos are ancient and the furniture is also! No big comfy patio set ! No view of the Montgo ! The beds are dire ! The noise from the other apartments will ensure you will not miss the sunrise ! Only good point was the lovely neighbours next door and luna the neighbours dog. So if basic and uncomfortable are your expectations then this apartment will provide that.

Lovely summer break

Location superb, car parking under the property difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small car. Great communication from Martin. View of Montgo now obscured due to new build. Lovely pool but could do with a handrail at steps. Was generally quite quiet, there are some residents with children, but they weren't particularly annoying. Large appartment, squeaky beds quite low if you have bad knees, 2 of the 4 tvs have no channels, but only an issue if you watch tv in bed. AC works well. No ventilation in the bathrooms so it gets very steamy, not sure if this could be resolved as bathrooms are all internal. Lovely terrace and outdoor seating, Full sun all afternoon. Didnt use the kitchen facilities but everything was there. Enjoyed doing a jigsaw in the evenings. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Overall waa a lovely place to stay, wonderful for the pool and location.

Beautiful location in a nice complex

Spacious apartment, in a nice little complex. It is very suitable for a family with children. There are some improvements possible to make it a little more cozy. For example, we missed curtains, so as not to have a view in the evening, a rug would also look a bit cozier. Little/no closet space in the living room. Extraction in the bathroom is not an unnecessary luxury, after showering a lot of moisture remains and everything is fogged up. We thought the mattress in the master bedroom needed to be replaced or add a soft mattress topper. We have supplemented a number of things in the kitchen ourselves, there were only four tablespoons, 1 frying pan few serving spoons. There was no one to show us around on arrival, no welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. All in all a nice apartment where some additions / adjustments are recommended.

Ruim en volledig ingericht

Prima appartement met perfecte ligging. We waren er met drie personen; met zes personen lijkt me de kleine badkamer wat krap. We hebben wel geluidsoverlast gehad van de Engelse buren die daar permanent wonen.

Excellent - highly recommended

Excellent spacious property in an excellent location 10 mins walk from Arenal beach. Very clean. 3 bedrooms, 2 double & 1 room with 2 single beds plus sofa bed. Lots of cupboard space and hangers for your clothes. 2 bathrooms. Sunloungers. Well equiped kitchen with washing machine. Outside area was very quiet when we went 11th Sept 2022. Friendly neighbours who live there & the other guests renting were quiet too. There are a couple of cats who live there and a small dog but they are so friendly & cute. There were only 2 people in the pool at a time when we were there so we virtually had the place to ourselves. Theres a bus you can catch by a shop called Humpty Dumpty 10 mins walk away. It will take you the Port area and the Old Town. €1.50 one way. Or you can get a little train that runs all day til about 9pm. €4 for all day , hop on & off. Communication from the owners Martin & Debbie could not have been any better. They responded to my msgs immediately and were very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay. Tim & Rachel.

La peor experiencia de mi vida

Los dueños del apartamento al ver que eramos jovenes se intentaron aprovechar e intentaron echarnos antes. Decían que haciamos ruido incluso los dias que no estabamos ni en casa. La dueña llegó incluso a entrar dentro de la casa sin nuestro permiso para hacer fotos de la casa para ver como estaba. La violacion de la intimidad se ve que no la conocen

Très moyen

Pour la réception des clés, le code était faux après 2 heures de recherche, j'ai changé le code. Sur place, les indications de l'appartement étaient fausses. Après plusieurs essais nous avons pus ouvrir l'appartement dont l'adresse indiquait immeuble 1, il se trouvait dans l'immeuble 3. Une fois sur place. après 3 heures de recherche, il n'y avait pas de chauffage, 17° c'est limite, et la TV ne marchait pas. L'appartement en lui-même était bien. Mais il faut parler du voisinage avec leurs chiens qui aboient toute la nuit et une partie du jour.

El apartamento es fiel a las fotos, se corresponde con la descripción. Necesita pequeños detalles de mantenimiento y la limpieza es bastante básica. Pero por lo demás todo correcto. Si eres español ten en cuenta que no podrás ver/sintonizar ningún canal en ninguna TV en español. Apartment is as described in pictures, it needs some maintenance in small details but overall is good. Cleanning is quite basic. Everything is ok but if you're spanish you won't be able to see any spanish channel on tv.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en la casa, tiene muy buena ubicación y es muy amplia y cómoda. Hay una televisión de plasma en cada habitación, pero sin embargo ha sido imposible conectarlas, únicamente en el salón se sintonizaban tres cadenas inglesas, ninguna cadena nacional. En cuanto a la limpieza, la terraza estaba totalmente sucia así como la mesa y sillas, hemos tenido que limpiarlo para poder utilizarlo.

Enjoyable stay

Great pool that wasn’t busy even at peak season. The Mountain View is quite lovely. Clean and spacious. Quiet location. Supermarkets, restaurants and beaches nearby. Watch out if parking car -the L of the exit caught our hire car. My fault. Beach was high quality. Obviously the apartment is let most of the year around.
