Perfect place for a vacation in Florida, in the middle off everything.
Always we try to do the best for our guest,we treat with respect and super clean house .
We always do our best for our guests, the home is spotless, well‑maintained, and in a very safe community. We take great care to protect our home, our guests, and our neighbors, and we are proud of our consistent 5‑star reviews.
The entire home is yours to enjoy, featuring 3 bedrooms, an one office, 2 full bathrooms, approximately 2,459 sq. ft., and a two‑car garage. The community offers a wonderful pool, tennis and basketball courts, two dog parks, and a children’s playground. Sun City Center is also just minutes away.
You’ll love the lake view, especially at sunset, and the cozy fire pit area. The location is ideal, halfway between Orlando theme parks, Busch Gardens Tampa, and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, including Siesta Key, Lido Beach, Madeira Beach, Anna Maria Island, and Clearwater Beach. Tampa Airport and Downtown Tampa are also nearby.
For your convenience, the garage includes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart, and two bicycles. Publix, Walmart, and Aldi are right next door.

We had an excellent experince with this property. The listing was a clear reflection the house. Chris was an informative host; providing clear instructions for arrival and offering usefull local knowledge. We used the pool and clubhouse several times. One of our best VRBO experiences and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Chris was exceptionally responsive and handled every tiny concern immediately. The sunsets out the back patio window were breathtaking. The proximity to Walmart and Publix made the stay even nicer. Would recommend very highly.

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Chris, our host, was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood felt very safe and I wish we would’ve had more time to use some of the amenities such as the clubhouse and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicer than the pictures!
Perfect location as we were visiting family less than 10 minutes away. Very lovely home with modern furnishings. It was fun using Alexa for music on the radio.

Comfortable Home in Sun City
We had a great 5 weeks in Sun City! Home was very clean, beds and sheets were more comfortable than home. Home owner was super responsive.

Great experience
The location of the home was a great central location between Tampa and Sarasota beaches. We were very comfortable in the home during our stay. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our host stayed in touch with us during the check in process and answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this vacation rental again.
