On the second floor is a beautifully impressive state of the art shower room with powerful multi-jet shower, twin basins, WC and heated towel rail.
Outdoor Living: Step outside to a delightful garden, mainly laid to lawn with two patio areas with furniture for enjoying meals al fresco or sipping morning coffee amidst nature.

Cockermouth is well placed for exploring both the Lake District and the wider Cumbria area, with good road and public transport connections despite its peaceful market town feel.
The town is connected by regular bus services to nearby destinations including Keswick, Workington, Carlisle, and Penrith, making it easy to explore without the car. For rail travel, the nearest train stations are at Workington and Penrith, both reachable within around 25–35 minutes by car or bus. Penrith station sits on the West Coast Main Line, offering direct services to cities including London, Glasgow, and Manchester.
By road, Cockermouth is conveniently located just off the A66, giving straightforward access east towards Penrith and the M6, or west towards the Cumbrian coast.
