One block from the Historic Arts District of Canyon Road, walk along the Santa Fe River to the Plaza, and enjoy the colorful scenery along the way. An ideal location on the historic Eastside of East Alameda Street, this one bedroom with a king bed and two (2) full baths is the perfect spot to be anytime of year! Plaster walls, tile floors, with carpet only in the bedroom. Master king bedroom with a walk-in closet, en suite bath, with another full bath for your visiting guests to enjoy. The living room offers a 55" flat screen smart TV, sofa sleeper, wood burning Kiva fireplace all open to the kitchen and dining area. Dining area seats 4, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, small desk/study area, pantry, and granite counters! Washer/Dryer Stack Unit as well. Back door to the enclosed/gated courtyard with alfresco dining, BBQ grill, sitting area, and plenty of space for Fido! Approximately 970 square feet.

Great location with everything you need

This was the second time my wife and I have stayed in this unit. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the Plaza or to Canyon Road with all its art galleries and the Tea House Restaurant. The unit has comfortable furniture and two full baths. The kitchen is thoroughly modern with stainless steel appliances. All the place settings and kitchen equipment you could ask for are included. There’s an outdoor patio with a table, chairs and umbrella. The king size bed in the bedroom is comfortable and has nice sheets and comforter. There is sufficient lighting in all the rooms and a working corner fireplace for a cozy fire. In sum, we’ve been coming to Santa Fe for more than 25 years and phave stayed in most of the hotels and rented other short term rentals. This unit stands out as the perfect solution for a comfortable, enjoyable stay in Santa Fe. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoy your stay at this lovely casita home in Santa Fe New Mexico. Located by the Santa Fe river on E. Alameda you are a 5 minute walk to Canyon road and the numerous art galleries. Wonderful restaurants are a 10-15 walk to Downtown. The home is quiet, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. You'll find the management company helpful and responsive.
