Enjoy charm, and convenience when you stay at 604 Sunset St. - Unit E. This beautiful home is located in a small, private compound (5 houses surrounded by a lovely, enclosed outdoor common space) and just a 10 minute walk to the historic Santa Fe Plaza - home to art galleries, museums, restaurants, shopping, and more, and in the winter, only 15 miles to the Santa Fe ski basin. The daily fee Ft. Marcy athletic complex only blocks away. The location could not be more perfect! This house has all of the features of classic Santa Fe homes - high ceilings in the living spaces with wooden vigas, hardwood floors throughout, beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, southwest tile accents, top end appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, and smooth plaster walls. The house is perfect for visitors who want a clean, contemporary home with all of the Santa Fe charm! The two bedrooms are beautifully appointed with down comforters and pillows. The master bedroom ( downstairs ) has an in-suite and there is another large bathroom in the hallway upstairs near the 2nd bedroom. A small deck off the living room provides a tranquil place for morning coffee/tea or an evening refreshment after a day of sightseeing or skiing in beautiful Santa Fe. The home has both central heating and air conditioning and comes equipped with high speed internet and HD Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. A gas fireplace completes the picture. There is a single car garage and additional parking space, off street, for a second car.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights in October celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great location close to downtown Santa Fe. We were comfortable here but could've been a little cleaner and basement bathroom sink was clogged. We spent some time cleaning the kitchen drawers, etc. before bringing in our groceries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and friendly!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well decorated and had everything we would possibly need. Thanks for the welcome basket, such a nice personal touch. Really nice place, great location!

We needed a place while visiting Santa Fe & Taos and this home was great. We loved being able to grill and cook and it had all the basics we needed. The bedrooms were separated enough to give us some privacy. If we come back we’d stay again!

Exceptional Stay!

This was without a doubt one of the best places we have ever stayed while traveling. It is located on a quiet street in an area about 15 minutes walking distance from the Town Plaza. This home is spacious and beautifully decorated and provides all the comforts of home. The hosts were kind enough to leave a wonderful goodie basket along with coffee, a bottle of wine, and other extras in the cupboards and fridge. Couldn’t ask for more! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Beautiful property with great amenities

This home is located in an area that provides easy access to the various sites to visit in Santa Fe. It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with many special touches to welcome travelers. There was creamer in the fridge, coffee on the counter, plus orange juice and muffins in the fridge. A bottle of wine, and a variety of snacks were arranged on the counter. The host and the property manager were very engaged in ensuring a fabulous stay. The fact that there was a washer & dryer as well as a garage secured the value of this vacation property. I can whole heartedly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to visit Santa Fe.

Four Sister Trip

What a FANTASTIC place to stay! This was a four-sister trip for the eldest sister's 60th birthday. We had a marvelous time in Santa Fe. But it all starts with where you stay. We arrived at the property, and we suddenly became actors in a show called "house hunters". We were so excited with the courtyard and then entering the property. All the little details that made you feel like you were a VIP guest. Owner Chris and his sister, Lynann (Property Manager) provided a yummy basket of goodies and a special celebration cake for my sister. The property was exceptionally clean and decorated with beautiful treasures found in Santa Fe. We felt safe and we were close to the downtown area. It was very easy to get around all of Santa Fe due to the property's location. If you're looking for the perfect VRBO for your stay in SANTA FE, stop looking and book this place today!! Quiet, spacious and clean

We visit Santa Fe frequently and this property is perhaps the best place we've ever stayed. The neighborhood is very quiet, secure and secluded, but still close enough to walk to the square. The pictures online cant adequately capture how clean and wonderful the condo is. Chris and Lynann, the property manager, have thought of every detail to make a guest comfortable. The layout of the condo is charming and spacious, with everything you need to feel like you are at home, but with a lovely Santa Fe vibe. Lynann prepared a generous gift basket for our arrival, which was filled with fruit, bagels, and champagne, and she even had groceries in the refrigerator and coffee fixings stocked up. The towels and linens were high quality and soft, the bathrooms spacious and spotless - the entire house is so clean - and the mattresses are extra thick and comfortable. When you rent as many vacation homes as we have, you see a variety of hosting styles. Some places don't have quality kitchen items or linens and are a bit lacking in cleanliness, and you need to purchase everything for your stay down to toilet paper. Not at Chris's place. Everything is top-notch, every detail taken of, so all we were left with was to enjoy ourselves. Thank you, Chris and Lynann, for the best, most restful visit to ring in the new year!

The unit was located very close to the plaza. We were able to walk everywhere. It had beautiful artwork. The beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. I did bring my own instant pot, which worked out well. Check-in was very easy. The host gave us a code and everything worked. We were allowed us to check in two hours early which was much appreciated.

Santa Fe Getaway

The property was in a great location and an easy walk downtown for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the gift basket. We had a lot of rain at the beginning of the week so having the garage was an added bonus.With the rain did bring some mildew odor in the lower level. We should have mentioned it to the property owner during the stay and not afterwards so it could have been taken care of.

Great place, great location, great management

This property is very nice. Located within a group of 5-6 well-kept garden homes that all open on to a nice courtyard. Parking space and a one car garage are around back accessed via the alley. The property itself is clean and nicely furnished. Location is great, just a block off Artists road (if you are headed into he mountains for skiing or hiking, it's very convenient). But still close enough that you can walk to the plaza in under 15 minutes. Finally, the owners/managers are great. They communicate well to make sure you enjoy your stay. They provided a nice welcome package with some chips, salsa, fruit, drinks. We would stay again.

Perfect in Every Way

I can't say enough about this casita in Santa Fe! The bedding and furniture are extremely comfortable, the Southwest decor is perfectly done, and all appliances were in great condition. Every small detail was anticipated, and the property manager even supplied a cooler when we asked for use of one during our stay.She was prompt and pleasant in all interactions. Also, this has to be the quietest place we have ever stayed. No noise blocking devices were needed because there was so outside sounds whatsoever. Both walking to the plaza and driving to other locations outside the city were easy from this location. A return trip to Santa Fe will definitely include staying here!
