Fish Creek Home - 2 Story - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath

This 2 story, 4 bedroom home is open and available for rental. Centrally located within walking distance to Fish Creek, the YMCA and biking distance to the Peninsula State Park. This house has two primary suites, one on the main floor and the other one on the second floor. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There is a powder room on the first floor. This is an open concept home with a large gathering space. There is ceramic tile throughout the first floor of the house, with carpeted bedrooms and den. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, SMART TVs in each bedroom, common areas and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an attached 2 car garage with extra parking available alongside the house. There is a patio in the back yard with a fire pit. During the busy
season of Summer, mainly June thru August, we prefer to rent Saturday - Saturday.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful VRBO! The home was so clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful girlfriend’s getaway. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, cookware, dishes, a regular and keurig coffeemaker and so much more! The entire home was comfortable from the beds to the seating areas. The outside patio table and chairs offered a great place to enjoy the beautiful weather. Thank you again for everything that made our long weekend so special! We absolutely loved our long weekend stay. The house was so beautiful and very well-accommodated. We had bonfires nightly, sat out on the patio, made meals in the lovely kitchen, and played games at the large table. The rooms were big and everything was very clean. We also liked its location—so close to Peninsula State Park. LOVED IT!!

Beautiful Property in Fish Creek

This is by far the nicest property I’ve ever rented! Large open concept of living, dining and kitchen areas that made it easy for our group of eight to hang out together. The location couldn’t have been better. Off the heavier traveled road so it was quiet, but very close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Our Door County Girl's Weekend

This house and location is perfect for Door County and our group of ladies! There's only four of us, so we each had our own bedroom and the having three bathrooms speeds up the process of getting ready in the morning! The house is beautiful and the property manager was very nice and responsive. We had all that we needed when staying there!

Girls trip to DC was comfortable and FUN!

The house was perfect for a group of 4-5 women. Everyone had their own space and only two shared a bathroom. The house is stocked with all the amenities you will need and then some. Communication with Tim and Pam was clear, concise and as much as needed. Will definitely stay at this property again!

We have rented many properties ove the years and this was the best. The whole process was flawless. Great Pre-stay and arrival information. House couldn't have been better stocked. Whenever we said do they have this it was there. From cooking and kitchen to bathrooms and showers to the great fire pit that couldn't have been better stocked with wood. Property is easy to find, centrally located with excellent parking. Hope it is available next time we visit DC.

Best vacation rental ever.

On a scale of 1 to 10 we , all of my family, would give this rental house a 10+. Every category above cleanliness, listing accuracy, communication with property manager etc was the best. An example would be in many of our rental stays there was a very limited amount of silver ware, but they had plenty. Nat a big problem, but we wished that the toilets were the newer oval shaped and little bit higher. Highly recommend this beautiful home. Thanks, Bill Waldner

Great for Family Gathering

We stayed here for the Door County Half Marathon. It was my family (my wife, 1 toddler and 1 baby), my brother's family (also 2 adults and 2 kids), as well as 2 sets of grandparents for a total of 8 adults and 4 children. The house was nearly perfect for this group. A good sized yard with enough privacy to let the kids run around. The house was well equipped with amenities for the kids (games, toys, high chairs, etc) as well as regular needs/supplies that would suit a group of only adults. House is very well decorated and has many modern amenities, from smart TV options, Amazon Alexa devices. It really felt like we were living in a home and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend to others. Checkin and checkout was very easy as well. smart key entrance allowed me to communicate to others in the party and accommodate different arrival times. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Perfect in every way.

This home not only met our needs expectations in every way, it exceeded them. We were three retired couples looking for some good food and relaxation. This home was impeccably neat, and just as pictured. The location was close to everything we wanted to do yet felt like a private oasis. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful home, nice accommodations, clean and comfortable. Was not as close for walking to dinning and entertainment as we would have liked. Bring your own pillows! Fire pit was nice but close to a ripe crabapple tree, lots of bees and a few stings…

We Love Door County

Loved this house and the location is PERFECT to everything. 2 things would have made it a little better....... better pillows and a little note above fireplace button saying "only push once"! We didn't get to use our fireplace the last 2 days because it wouldn't go on the second day, so we pushed the button more than once to retry and that made it unusable for the remainder of our trip. We should have read the rental manual first but many of us have gas fireplaces and have never had that problem! A small note would have helped. Overall a 5 star rental.

Tim and Pam Hoppe are the owners of this home. Tim grew up in Green Bay and many summers were spent in Sister Bay, WI where his grandparents rented a place. These were such special times that we wanted our children to be able to enjoy the same experiences as they grew up. We live in the Racine, WI area and we have three children.

Tim’s sister is Jeni Ripley currently owns the home across from ours (https://www.vrbo.com/813262 a). There is another property about a quarter mile away on Gibraltar Road (https://www.vrbo.com/1669804) which is a remodeled Farmhouse on 7 acres.

Fish Creek is the hub of Door County. It is a convenient location to all that Door County has to offer. You are about 20 minutes to just about anything in Door County.

What makes this property unique

This property gives you privacy, yet you are so close to Fish Creek. Walking distance into downtown Fish Creek. It is 300 yards from Door County YMCA. You can bike from this property into Peninsula State Park.
