This newly built ranch-style house has four bedrooms, including two primary suites, along with three full bathrooms. This home features a living area with a fireplace, an open concept layout, a separate laundry room, and an attached two-stall garage. Outside, there's a patio in the backyard, and the entire home is wheelchair accessible with no steps. The property is conveniently located near various attractions including the YMCA, BP gas station, Top of the Hill Shops, and Peninsula State Park. During the peak summer season from June to August, we prefer to rent on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis for convenience.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect spot for our family and a friend's family to do a weekend together in Door County. Great location close to downtown Fish Creek, and 15mins from all the other neighborhoods. House was clean and had everything we needed, and Jeni was communicatie. Would definitely reccommend/ stay again!

Great place for family gatherings!

Great home with a nice floor plan. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. Nicely decorated home! Plenty of helpful brochures and guide books on what to see and do in Door County. It was the perfect place for our family gathering. We all had a wonderful time!

Incredible place to stay!

This was our 20th annual ladies outing and this location was perfect. I really can't say enough good things about this place. There were 5 of us and the space was just what we needed. The cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfortable living area just right for late night talks and spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms made our stay so easy and welcoming. We shopped (certainly added to the Door County economy!), dined, attended a play and just enjoyed every moment of our visit. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay - we fully intend to return!

Wow, Just Wow!

Jeni's home in Fish Creek is fabulous. The pictures don't do it justice. So clean, spacious and wonderfully furnished. It was just perfect for our girlfriend's reunion. Close to all that Door County has to offer but away from the hustle-bustle. The home is stocked with everything you need and communication with the owner is superb. If you are lucky to have availability line up with your vacation dates, grab it!

Wonderful Home!

This house is amazing! It's very centrally located in Door County, yet it's in a very quiet neighborhood. So nice to be able to park in the garage. The bedrooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she left clear and understandable instructions in the house for using the TV, etc. Check out was smooth, nothing out of the ordinary was required. We definitely look forward to renting this fantastic house again!

Family Trip 2025

This is our second stay at Jeni’s property as it is the perfect space for our family of 8, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms keeps everyone happy. The house is always clean and well stocked with everything he need to cook or play. We walk down the hill to Fish Creek for easy access to the park, downtown shopping and our favorite evening treat at Not Licked Yet or can jump in the car and easily get to any of our Door County favorite things to do.

This was our 4th year coming this home. Yes, it is home. Beds are wonderful, showers are great,and the living area is comfortable. We have found we can get anywhere in Door County within about 1/2 hour. We will be back next year!

Everything we could have wanted!

This was our third year at this property. We keep returning because the house is beautiful and its location is perfect. We are three women ages 65-74 and there’s a bedroom with bath for each of us.

VERY Cozy & Comfy

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s very nice, very clean and super comfortable. Everything is on the ground level which was great for my elderly mother. And we loved having access to the garage. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The perfect home away from home!

Jeni was so easy to communicate with and the home is a perfect home away from home. We settled right in and had everything we needed. Clean and organized. Lovely property. Surprised with all the extras she had in the home. We are foodies and cooked a meal in, and found a zester for our lemons! Appreciated all the lil extras! Great location to get around Door County. Wonderful property!

This house was amazing. Very well-stocked and beautifully appointed. The moment we walked in the house we felt at home. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, including making s'mores. The kitchen and bathrooms had absolutely everything we needed, as did the laundry room. We can't wait to go back.

Roger and Jeni Ripley are the owners of this home at 9409 Gibraltar Pines Lane in Fish Creek. Roger has many years in construction both in commercial and home building. Jeni grew up in the Green Bay area and spent a lot of time up in Door County thru her childhood. Many summers were spent in Sister Bay, WI where her grandparents rented a place. She wanted to pass on these memories to their own kids. We have two daughters, Sydney (age 24) and Madison (age 20). Our kids are currently in grad school and college, respectively.
