Lounge, utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ground floor bathroom with bath with shower attachment WC and hand wash basin. Kitchen/dining room.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2), super-king zip and link bed. En suite jack and jill shower room share with bedroom 3 (buck room), with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Tea, coffee and biscuit supplies, kettle and small fridge. Smart TV

As the property is in a residential area, there is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside) due to close by neighbours, and any excessive noise will incur a fine of £150.

The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm. Please be respectful to the neighbours.

Groups aged under 30 are not permitted, and the house is more suited to family groups.
