Here you can look forward to a bright and spacious vacation home built in 2021 with panoramic views of Vemmingbund Beach. The large wooden deck wraps around the house on three sides, inviting you to relax on the lounge sofa or enjoy cozy meals at the dining table.



Inside, you’ll find an impressive 50 m² living room with space for the whole family. It features both a comfortable sofa set and a large dining table that seats 12 people. Three sets of double doors connect the living room to the terrace, filling the house with light and fresh air.



Outside, you can enjoy the large wooden terrace that stretches from west to east. It is furnished with both a dining area and a lounge area, so you can enjoy the long summer days from morning to evening.



The Gendarmstien trail, which leads from Kruså to Høruphav, is just a few steps from the door. The beautiful coastal path invites you to take long walks along the water. Vemmingbund Beach is nearby, featuring two swimming piers, a playground, and excellent facilities. The town of Broager is 2 km away with grocery stores, while Sønderborg offers shopping and restaurants just 8 km away.
