Villa Serenity is an exclusive private villa with pool and spectacular views of Lake Maggiore, located in Besozzo in a completely private setting surrounded by nature. Surrounded by mature and perfectly maintained gardens, it offers absolute privacy, high-level comfort and an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
The villa is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 16 people. It has 6 bedrooms, including a master suite with a large walk-in closet and direct access to the garden with lake view. Five bedrooms are double (some with air conditioning) and one is a twin bedroom.
The living room is large and bright, with two elegant living areas. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and ideal for large groups. Dining spaces include an indoor area and several outdoor areas, including a table next to the barbecue with lake views and a front terrace with lounge sofas.
The lower floor includes a large family room with sofa bed and 4 armchair beds, as well as a double bedroom, bathroom and laundry room.
Outside, the villa offers a private pool with trampoline, tennis court, large panoramic garden, children's play area with zipline and relaxation areas surrounded by nature.
