The holiday apartment is located at an altitude of 1,800 m in the heart of the Hochzillertal ski and hiking area.
The accommodation consists of a large living room on the ground floor (with the option of adding one extra bed) and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The holiday home has a bathroom with a toilet.
Three restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Childcare facilities and ski schools are only 150 m from the house.
The ski slope runs directly past the house. Cross-country ski trails are 500 m away.
The house offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Zillertal valley and the surrounding mountains.
