Our Guest Cottage is in a beautiful, safe, 1/2 acre fenced & gated private compound in Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks. 10 minutes from Los Robles Hospital It is set in a beautiful garden setting surrounded by California native plants and nature. The cottage is detached with its own driveway.. There is an EV charger on the property, There is 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom large living room/full kitchen/dining area shared laundry room and charming very private outdoor shower/clawfoot bathtub. it is located in Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks in a beautiful lush landscaped rural setting in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains. The property is fully landscaped like a botanical gardens and nature abounds, wiith deer, owls, quail, and hummingbirds adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It is a completely fenced and gated private compound creating a sense of privacy that feels like you’re in your own private retreat. The cottage is sweetly decorated and well-appointed.. The area is safe and quiet. We lived there for 23 years and always felt secure enough to leave our doors unlocked.
There’s also a main house and a studio on the property and each dwelling has its own fenced in private yard and parking and entrance. There is extra storage if you need it.
The living room, kitchen, area has has vinyl wood like floors, high ceilings, and abundant windows that invite natural light to fill the space. The kitchen well equipped and there is a 48" ROKU LCD TV is there for your entertainment.(note: there is no dishwasher)

The bedroom has a very comfortable and cooling Queen hybrid Memory Foam Bed. The bathroom has a shower and no bathtub, however there people love the outdoor shower and clawfoot bathtub right outside your door There is high-speed 600/600 mgb wifi, central air and heat, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.

We provide ample parking in your own driveway, as well as shared washer and dryer in a shed a few steps from your door. for your use.
