The accommodation was excellent - very clean with a very comfortable lounge area and kitchen. Ideally suited for Cal Lutheran University and access to restaurants, shops and tourist places. Off road parking and a very nice private outside area for chilling. The host was very responsive to any queries and was very accommodating when we enquired about an additional night. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully furnished with thoughtful amenities

Chris was quick to respond. The studio apartment was very comfortable and the owners had it equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. They had a Brita filled and waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in beautifully appointed studio

Everything was perfect from check in to communication in between and check out. The studio is large with a great shady outdoor area. Bed and bedding super comfortable. I worked most of the week from there and the wifi was great and work area (table and chairs) comfortable. Bright, happy place with everything you’d need for a kitchen. Loved the Ninja for smoothies and Keurig. When we ran out of pods, chris and Jill left more for us almost immediately. Bathroom is modern with a fantastic shower and amenities. Way more than we expected from start to finish. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
