Upstairs is a spacious studio-style bedroom with a sofa and magnificent views of the Sound, perfect for reading or yoga. A small terrace is accessible from the upper floor.



You have access to the entire house and the secluded garden area with several patios, a charming sunroom, and a pool. The property is largely powered by solar energy. Electric car charging on the property is available for a fee. Please note that bed linens are not included.
