A most enjoyable and relaxing holiday break
We loved the country park setting of the Badger cabin. It was very peaceful with lovely views over the country park. It was good to be situated on the edge of the village, with a village shop nearby. We also used the cafe and plant stall. We particularly like to support the amazing Christian ministry of Lodge Trust.

Badger Lodge was a delight, situated in a quiet & picturesque location.
The quiet location with a community shop within easy walking distance through the pretty village of Market Overton and even closer The Lodge Trust Park cafe which offered a limited selection of light meals, cakes, ice cream and coffee
A variety of day trips were within easy distances whether it be Rockingham Castle, a shopping town or Rutland Waters which had a wonderful Osprey Ctr and nearby Lyndon Nature Reserve with excellent hides to view the varied water fowl
