Featuring two double bedrooms, one with a newly fitted ensuite, and a fold-out double sofa bed in the living room. The house is based on Penryn's lively Commercial Road, it's the perfect location for visitors to the university and is only ten minutes walk to the train station. Inside there's lots of storage space inside of chests of drawers and huge under-stairs cupboard.
Upstairs there is another small double bedroom with enough size for a king size bed, a communal bathroom with bath/shower, dining/living room with two sofas, one of which is a fold-out sofa bed. Upstairs there's also a galley-style kitchen which leads out into the south-facing garden.
⚠️ Please be aware before booking that the accommodation is next to a busy road. The front of the house is noisy during commute times, this affects the ground-floor ensuite bedroom and living room with sofa bed.
