The bathroom is fully equipped and includes a washing machine for guests’ convenience.

The indoor temperature can be adjusted with air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, located in the bedroom and living room. For colder days, a wood-burning stove and an electric heater are also available.

The outdoor area is spacious and well maintained, featuring a courtyard with trees that provide natural shade. Guests can enjoy a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings and dining. The property is fully fenced and offers ample private parking space within the grounds.
