Spacious holiday home with water view

This spacious and energy-efficient holiday home with a wilderness hot tub is set in peaceful rural surroundings, offering views of the Limfjord from both sides of the house. The large plot provides space for pitching tents, and a small path leads directly to a lovely beach with excellent fishing opportunities.



This former farmhouse accommodates up to 10 guests and 1 child up to 3 years old. The house offers 220 m² of living space and was built in 1922. It was renovated in 2001 and extensively modernised in 2021. Pets are not allowed. Underfloor heating is installed beneath all tiled floors. The property is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and has a freezer capacity of 380 litres. The main heating source is a Scotte wood pellet boiler, supplemented by 2 wood-burning stoves. A high chair is available for younger guests.



The holiday home is situated on a 15,000 m² natural plot and features 115 m² of open terrace space spread across 3 terraces, making it easy to find a sheltered spot throughout the day. The fjord is just 250 m away. The nearest shop is 3 km from the property, while a golf course is located 20 km away. There is a storage shed, football goal, fire pit and barbecue available. An electric vehicle charging point is installed with an output of 11 kW. Parking is available at the house.



Darts and table football are available.



There are 5 bedrooms in total. Sleeping arrangements include 6 beds in double beds and 4 beds in bunk beds. A cot is also available.



The kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, 4 ceramic hobs, a convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.



There are 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and 2 toilets. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.



Guests can relax in the indoor spa for 2 people or enjoy the outdoor wilderness hot tub for up to 6 people.



The house is equipped with 1 TV, internet TV, 1 Chromecast and 1 Bluetooth speaker. There are 1–3 Danish channels and at least 4 German channels available. Wireless internet access is included. Note: Not for commercial rental.
