The house was perfekt

We were here for a weekend to enjoy ourselfs and to go hiking. The house is great. Everything there what you need. The sauna is great the wirl pool is great. Everything really clean. And the hoise was warm when we arrived. The landscape is precious. We had the best time. Thanks to the owner. They were really nice.

Das Haus war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung, wenngleich insbesondere die Sitzmöbel einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck machten. Betten waren insgesamt gut, 20 für die Bettwäsche allerdings ziemlich happig. Insgesamt entsprach das Haus der Beschreibung.Ziemlich getrübt wurde unser Aufenthalt allerdings durch die Rechnungsstellung des Vermieters BELVILLA, der nach mehreren Wochen feststellte, dass eine Servicegebühr von 304 nicht erhoben wurde und dies nachträglich vollzog. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nach Konkretisierung dieser Servicegebühr geschah dies nicht (Preise auf der FeWo-Seite sind als "incl. Service und Gebühren" aufgeführt, ebenso in der 1.Belvilla-Rechnung). Man verwies lediglich darauf, dass ein Fehler bei der Rechnungsstellung passiert war. Eine Rückerstattung dieser als "Anpassung" bezeichneten Servicegebühr wurde von Belvilla abgelehnt. Gott sei dank gibt es noch eine Menge anderer Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen !

Tout était parfait, le gite avec ses nombreuses chambres super bien équipées, la situation, la vue sur les Fagnes. Le temps étant de la partie, on a pu faire des ballades dans la région. Nous retenons cette adresse, au cas où des connaissances chercheraient un lieu, nous leur diront qu'ils peuvent franchement y aller.

Das Haus war wunderbar für uns sieben Erwachsene und vier Kinder (1-4?Jahre.Für die Kinder war der Außenbereich mit Spielgeräten, Wiese, Bouleplatz und benachbarter Zuege sowie Schaf einfach toll. Der Bereich ist komplett umzäunt, so dass man die ältern Kinder auch mal alleine lassen konnte!Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber, auch die vielen Bäder und Toiletten sind bei so vielen Menschen gut und wichtig.Das Durchgangszimmer sollte deutlicher beschrieben werden. Bei mehreren Kindern ist das jedoch kein Problem, als erwachsene Person würdd man dort wohl nicht so gerne übernachten.Neue Wohnzimmersofas wären eine eindeutige Verbesserung und ein Treppengitter in der oberen Etage würde mit kleinen Kindern zur Entspannung beitragen. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, das Haus ist für eine Großfamilie oder zwei drei Kleinfamilien optimal!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, sodass Sie dort die Stille genießen können. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, ein großes Lob für jeden, der dort putzt. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch das große Wandervergnügen in der Gegend und nach dem Spaziergang eine wunderbare Sauna, die uns zum Entspannen einlädt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen, da dies ein Highlight für uns ist. Rudi und Annick
