Any such visit will be conducted exclusively by the designated real estate agency, will be brief, and will always be scheduled with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.

Should a viewing actually take place during your stay, as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused, you will receive a refund equal to 15% of the cost of one night’s stay.
