Sleeping up to 14 guests across 7 ensuite bedrooms, it blends contemporary comfort with natural materials and expansive communal areas. Set within 3,000 acres of rewilded Yorkshire countryside, guests can immerse themselves in nature while enjoying the privacy and ease of a fully equipped, thoughtfully designed home.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provides everything needed for group self-catering. Leisure Suite

Guests have access to Avalon, the estate’s dedicated wellbeing centre, located just a short drive from the property. Facilities include a swimming pool, hydro pool, sauna, steam room, and fully equipped gym, along with a weekly programme of wellness classes.

Guests may book a daily 2-hour pool suite session from 10:00am to 12:00pm (subject to availability) at a cost of £20 per adult and £10 per child. Additional pool suite sessions can be arranged for an extra charge.
